Writing rules:

The abstract and research must be submitted in Word format.

The first page includes the researcher’s main information, and should be arranged as follows:
Symposium Title
Research Topic
Research Title
Student's name
Name of supervisor (if any) and his academic title
The name of the university
Student e-mail
Student phone number

If the student attends the Symposium with his supervisor, the student’s name must be written first and the supervisor’s name second.

The Student will be contacted via email.

The abstract must include The research topic, Research objectives, Research problem, Methodology, and the most important expected results of the research paper, within 250-350 words.
-
The Full Research Paper must be in the range of 4,000 to 9,000 words, and must not have been submitted or published in writing or orally elsewhere before.

To be accepted, the full research must be sent and approved by the Scientific Committee before 25 January 2024.

Language and the standards of the research method must be taken into account while ensuring the creative idea within the Semposioum topics presented.

Footnotes and comments are placed at the end of each page, and references at the end of the research paper.

The margin method is the İSNAD methodology, which can be accessed through the following website:

Example: Name of the author, Title of the book, (Place of publication: publishing house, date of publication), volume/page number.
Example: Ahmad Hashimi, Jawahir al-balaghah, (Beirut: Dar al-Fikr, 1991) 1/23.

For the research paper, all the text and titles should be written in Times New Roman, size 12.

The space between the lines should be 1.5 cm.

If the text contains words in Arabic languages it should be in Traditional Arabic, size: 16.
-
Word paper size with 2.5 cm of space at the top, bottom, right, and left.

The footnote should be written with size 10 with a space of 1 cm between the lines.

In the research the Arabic numbers 1, 2, 3 should be used.

Research review and acceptance for publication:
-
The Scientific Committee has full authority to follow up on the process of evaluating the research submitted to the Symposium and to take whatever decisions it deems appropriate.

Scientific evaluation of research papers is carried out by specialized professors inside and outside Karabük University.
-
The researcher is committed to making the amendments required by the Scientific Committee.
-
Each researcher will be given a certificate stating that his research has been accepted to participate in the conference.

The research will be published in the conference book bearing an international serial number ISNN.
Important reminders:

The research should be subject to scientific and intellectual integrity scrutiny and must not include defamation of persons or bodies.

The research should address contemporary issues that are closest to the need for human reality through applied theoretical treatment within the themes of the conference.

The researcher should accompanied by objectivity and detachment from personal inclinations and trends.
-
The research must be characterized by accuracy in documenting and extracting sources and evidence.
-
The research must not have been previously published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Research is divided into sections, and pages should not exceed 20 pages (A4).
